Feb 26: What's Next for Education Policy

Proud to help organize this series, which explores the evolving landscape of education policy at the dawn of the second Trump administration. Attendees will engage with policy makers, educators, researchers, and advocates to understand in real time the impact of shifting political agendas and polices on students and schools. We will also discuss how to build community and coalitions that remain focused on advancing equity in an era of potential rollbacks. This first event in the series will focus on understanding the role of the federal Department of Education. Panelists will share their thoughts on the implications of ongoing and anticipated federal policy shifts (such as we know them on Feb 26) for ed policy and practice.
